Overview

The ExerCYse initiative is a Department of Kinesiology outreach program managed by faculty and graduate students in our lab. The ExerCYse program has evolved and grown over the past 3 years to be a large and sustainable department of Kinesiology Outreach program. A key goal in the ExerCYse program is to provide information through campus and community channels about the importance of physical activity and healthy lifestyles. The student team puts out monthly eNewsletters to subscribers.
